Decide what Stride changes on Google

Choose, location by location, what Stride is allowed to change on your Google listing.

Your Google listing is often what customers see before your website, and Stride keeps it current: your hours, phone, website, menu and booking links. Some owners prefer to manage part of it on Google themselves, holiday hours for example, and that no longer means giving up on the rest.

Nothing changes on Google behind your back, and nothing goes stale without you knowing. With the right hours and links, your listing sends customers to your door and your booking page instead of a closed shutter.

What's new

  • Turn each one on or off: website and phone, opening hours and special hours, categories and attributes, menu and booking links.

  • Open a location to see whether it is connected and when it last updated, and pause or resume it. Closed listings show as closed.

  • Connect Google from this page. Before you disconnect, Stride shows what will stop updating.

  • Your changes reach Google with the next update, within 5 days.

In technical terms: Google Business Profile sync settings per location (website, phone, hours, special hours, categories, attributes, menu and booking links), with sync status, pause and resume.
