Every change we shipped to your website and your Stride app, with the date it went live.

October 2026

  1. New

Bring your customer list into Stride

Clients are now called Contacts, and if you keep them in a spreadsheet, one upload adds them all. You also see when an email to a customer didn't arrive.

    • Google shows your business name instead of "cover.page".

    Domains

    • A new domain is secure (https) within the hour.

    Signing in

    • Password managers fill in the login email.
    • Signing in with Google asks for fewer permissions.
  3. New

Take a review off your website

When a featured review no longer fits your website, take it off from the reviews inbox. Your reply now shows under each review.

    • Press Remove from website: the review leaves your site but stays in the inbox, and you can feature it again later.
    • Read a review and your reply as one conversation, with how long you took to answer.
    • Edit a reply, or delete one you posted on Google.
  4. Improved

Your website opens faster on phones

Visitors on a phone see your pages sooner, and booking and ordering forms are ready faster.

    • Pages show sooner on a phone, because there is less to download first.
    • When we update Stride, your visitors still get your page straight away.
    • Booking, ordering and gift card forms (TheFork, Covermanager, EasyBooker and others) start loading sooner and show a short message while they do.
    • YouTube videos only load when a visitor presses play.
    • Slider dots and arrows are bigger, easier to tap.
  5. New

Check your plan and pay invoices yourself

See what your plan includes and when it renews, open any invoice, and pay one that's due.

    • Your plan on one card: the locations it covers, your options, and the next renewal or invoice.
    • Open an invoice to see what it's for and its VAT, download the PDF, or pay it with Pay now.
    • Keep your invoice email, VAT number and e-invoicing IDs up to date.
    • Upgrade your plan in four steps, on the same page.
    • Recommend Stride to another business and get a discount on your next invoice.
  6. New

Buy your domain without leaving Stride

Get your own web address from the app: search a name, see its yearly price and buy it, or bring the domain you already have.

  7. New

A redesigned app, with a clearer menu

Every page of the app is redesigned, with a menu that follows what you're doing: answering customers, editing your website, growing, or settings. Every list and editor page now works the same way.

  8. New

See what needs an answer as you log in

When you log in, the dashboard shows what needs an answer and how many people visited your site. Help, chat and calls with us are on the support page.

    • Needs your attention shows what is waiting in Inbox, Reviews, Reservations and Appointments.
    • See your page views over the last 30 days, your team, your partner and your next meeting.
    • Shortcuts start with what is missing, such as connecting Google or completing your legal notice.
    • A Special hours tile tells you how many of next month's public holidays have no hours yet.
    • On the support page, search the help centre, chat with us, or book, move or cancel a call with a specialist.
  9. Improved

See every location’s bookings on one list

With several locations, you see all your bookings on one list, day by day, and you can stop table bookings for a day from there.

    • Each day shows its totals, for example "4 reservations · 13 guests". Filter by location when you need one.
    • Show today, the next 7 days, your own dates, or one status.
    • Close or reopen table bookings for a coming day.
  10. Improved

Google gets your holiday hours from your website

Your website now tells Google your holiday hours and closures, and describes each of your locations on its own.

    • Holiday hours and closures reach search engines. Past ones are removed.
    • With several locations, each one is described with its own name, phone, photos and page.
    • Addresses include the street number.
    • Blog posts carry their date for search engines.
    • Pages that list your locations no longer create duplicate addresses in Google.

    • The page no longer jumps down while it loads, including cover pages with a holiday notice at the top.
    • When we update Stride, visitors still get your page instead of an error.
