    Fixes and small improvements

    Your website

    • Pages open even when some business details are missing.
    • The top of your home page shows at once, without an animation.
    • Opening, closure and reopening notices show their date in every language.
    • Your Instagram feed keeps its last posts when Instagram doesn't answer.

    The app

    • Links in formatted text can open an email or a phone call.
    • A reload button on an image fetches its latest version.

    Emails

    • When a button in an email doesn't work, the link below it does the same.
  2. Improved

Search engines read your events, menus and jobs

Each page of your website now tells search engines what kind of page it is and what it holds.

  3. Improved

Export only the contacts you need

When you download your customer list, choose which customers go in it by when they were added or last changed.

    • Keep contacts created, or updated, on or after a date, on or before one, or between two.
    • Sort the file by creation or update date, oldest or newest first.
    • Each row of the file shows when the contact was created and last updated.

November 2025

    Fixes and small improvements

    The app

    • Mark a menu item as Seasonal.
    • Your events page gets its own QR code.
    • Price lists can be added to an event venue's content.
    • A price list's Hide pictures setting shows what is saved.
    • During maintenance, the app says so and until when.
    • More of the app is translated into French, Dutch, Italian and Spanish.

    Your website

    • The home page opens even when a location has no reviews yet.
    • A location's gallery shows even when the business has none of its own.
    • Featured messages show their own subtitle.
    • Room types are translated into more languages.

    Booking forms

    • TheFork's booking form is tall enough to use.
    • Nomoplan's form opens full screen, and DesignMyNights' takes your website's colours.

    Google

    • Google gets your landline as the main number, and your mobile as an extra one.
    • Google sees one home page for your website, not one per language.
  2. Improved

Add your own words to awards and labels

When you add an award, a guide or a membership, you can say more about it, such as the year it started, and your website shows it next to the label.

    • Add a label in three steps: choose it, add its details, then add another or close.
    • Labels are sorted by type: certifications, awards, guides, memberships, sponsors and endorsements.
    • Write the caption once for each of your website's languages.
    • Change a label's caption or score later from its edit window.
  3. Improved

    Print your reservation list

Take the bookings for a day, or several, to the floor on paper, with each guest's contact details.

    • Press Export to PDF on the reservation list: the file covers the dates you are looking at.
    • With several locations, export one location or All locations.
    • Reservations are listed by the time of the booking, not by when it was made.
    • When your booking settings have no phone number, your booking page shows your business phone instead.
  4. Improved

Your pages load only what they need

Visitors wait less before they see your pages, and photo slideshows keep each photo's shape.

    • Visitors download only what the page they open needs.
    • Booking, ordering and other forms load when a visitor opens them, not with the page.
    • Lists and grids show with the page instead of after it.
    • Photo slideshows scroll smoothly and keep each photo's proportions.
    • Buttons that led nowhere no longer show.

October 2025

Booking widgets now receive your campaign tags

When a visitor reaches your website from an ad or a newsletter link, its campaign tags now follow them to your booking partner's widget, even after they change page or language.

    • Campaign tags (utm_campaign and the others) stay with the visitor from page to page and when they switch language.
    • Booking partners such as TheFork receive those tags in their widget.
    • Widgets that load with a script, such as Klixi, resOS or Flipdish, show up reliably and at the right size.
    • A partner's widget opens in your website's language when the partner offers it.
    • With several locations, ordering and gift card buttons use the chosen location's details and phone number.

September 2025

    Fixes and small improvements

    The app

    • Buttons that lead to booking or ordering open the right page.
    • Your website opens in browsers that block site storage.
    • On phones, sections have a little less empty space around them.
    • More texts are translated into Italian and other languages.
  2. Improved

List crustaceans and molluscs as two allergens

Shellfish is split in two, so your guests see exactly which one a dish contains.

    • On a menu item, tick Crustaceans or Molluscs. Shellfish is no longer in the list.
    • Dishes that were marked Shellfish now carry both, so no warning is lost.
    • Your website shows the two allergens in every language.

    • Spanish texts are reviewed.
  2. Improved

Let guests choose their room when booking

Guests who book a stay on your website can ask for a specific room, and the request tells you which one.

    • In Room booking, turn on Allow customers to select specific rooms. It needs at least one accommodation first.
    • Your website's booking form shows your rooms in a list to choose from.
    • In the inbox, each request shows the room asked for and the number of adults and children.

Answer booking requests with saved replies

Write the replies you send most once, then pick one when you confirm or decline a room or table booking request.

    • Give each reply a title and choose which requests it is for: room bookings, table bookings or both.
    • When you confirm or decline a request, pick one of your replies: it fills in the message, and you can still edit it.
    • Press Save as Template to keep a message you just wrote for next time.
    • See, edit and delete all your replies on the Response templates page.
  3. Improved

Publish or hide a job offer in one click

Your job offers are split into published and unpublished, and each one goes live or comes down as soon as you press its button.

    • See your published and unpublished offers in two separate lists.
    • Press Publish or Unpublish on an offer: the app asks you to confirm, then it applies straight away.
    • The Hiring page shows on your website once it is turned on and has an offer to show.
  4. Improved

Visitors browse long lists page by page

With the text layout, menus, price lists, catalogues and rooms show as a simple list, and visitors move through long lists without the site reloading.

    • With the text layout, your menus, price lists, catalogues and rooms show as a list on the home page and on location pages.
    • Long lists of items split into numbered pages. Visitors move from one page to the next without the site reloading.
    • Each page of a list has its own address, so search engines can find every item.
    • Catalogue pictures on the home page keep their shape.

June 2025

  1. New

May 2025

  1. Improved

Menus and rooms get their own home page section

Your home page now gives a full section, with its photo, to a menu, a price list, a PDF catalogue or your rooms, where it used to show a small card.

    • With one or two menus, each gets its own section with its photo. With more, they show as cards.
    • Price lists, PDF catalogues and rooms get the same full section. With one location, your rooms now show on the home page.
    • Home page sections follow a simpler order, so blocks of the same kind no longer pile up.
    • With two or three locations, each location page has a button to its menu, and the photo gallery moves further down.
  2. New

Show a Coming soon page while you get ready

When you unpublish your website, people who visit your address see a Coming soon page with your cover photo and name.

April 2025

  1. Fixes

    Fixes and small improvements

    The app

    • The top bar stays in place as you scroll, and notices show inside it.
    • In the theme editor, choose up to 10 answers to each question about your style, instead of 3.
    • When you connect a booking or ordering partner, the app can check that the link or ID you enter has the right format.
    • Video fields accept the same video links everywhere, and the text of your franchise page can be formatted.
    • A blog post's button offers your own objectives, not a set list.

    Your website

    • Room booking tools from partners that need extra files load on your site, without leaving an empty space.
    • Product pages open for products without tags.
    • TikTok links work wherever you add them.
    • With several locations, each location has its own reviews page.
    • View more under your catalogues on the home page opens the right page, and the Italian catalogue texts are reviewed.
    • The Spanish texts of event venue request forms are reviewed.

    Free cover pages

    • Analytics is open for free cover pages, with the visits recorded before.
    • The logo shows on every cover page.
  2. Improved

Use a coupon when you upgrade

At checkout, enter a coupon and see straight away whether it applies. You can also add options to the plan you already have.

    • Press Add coupon at checkout. A coupon that does not apply to your order says so.
    • Add options or one-off services to your current plan without choosing a new plan.
    • Plans billed in another currency show the right price at checkout.
    • If your subscription follows an invoicing schedule, the page tells you to contact us before changing it.
  3. New

Add a photo to each price list item

Services and prices on your website can show a picture, the way dishes on a menu do. A section can also go without them.

    • Open an item of a price list and add its photo.
    • Turn photos off for a whole section when you prefer a plain list.
    • On your website, each item shows with its photo.
  4. Improved

    New cards across your website

Lists of items on your website, such as events and news, use new cards that follow your theme's style and fit the space they're in.

    • Depending on your theme, cards lead with the photo or with the text.
    • A card arranges its content for the space it has, on a phone as on a large screen.
    • Arrows look the same everywhere on your site.
    • Spacing and alignment are evened out across sections.

March 2025

  1. Fixes

    Fixes and small improvements

    Your website

    • Events on your home page show their dates.
    • The cover photo of your team page is fully visible.
    • In Safari, photo galleries and Instagram slideshows show at the right height.
    • The in-page navigation stays steady on iPhone.
    • Galleries split photos into even rows, and you can move from one enlarged photo to the next.
    • The language menu only lists the languages your site is published in.
    • In the full-screen header of your home page, your title shows first; the logo shows when there is no title.
    • The event venue request form sends for businesses with one location.

    The app

    • Product lists and PDF catalogues can have a cover photo and a thumbnail, like menus.
    • Every detail you enter about an event venue is saved, and a venue can take more than one type of booking.
    • A product list keeps all the fulfilment methods you tick, not only one.
    • Opening a client from the inbox takes you to that client.
    • The objectives page is translated in every language.
  2. Improved

Catch mistyped email addresses in forms

When a visitor makes a common typo in their email address, the forms on your website suggest the right spelling before they send.

    • Under the email field, the form asks "Did you mean" with the corrected address.
    • The app does the same wherever you type an email: signing in, inviting a team member, and your contact and booking settings.
    • Email addresses and websites with accents or special characters are accepted, with a warning that they can cause problems.
  3. Improved

Your PDFs get lighter as you upload them

PDFs you upload, such as a menu, are compressed before they are saved, and your visitors download the lighter file.

    • While a PDF uploads, the app shows its original size and that it is being optimised for the web.
    • Press Discard compression to keep the file as it was.
    • A file that is still too large tells you its size and the limit.
  4. New

Choose which standard links your site shows

Two switches take the login link and the Home link off your website.

    • Hide the login link in your website's footer.
    • Hide the Home link in your menu: visitors go back to your home page through your logo. It is now hidden unless you show it.
    • Press Apply defaults to return to the standard settings.

February 2025

  1. Fixes

    Fixes and small improvements

    Your website

    • Booking and ordering buttons from partners are translated in every language of your site.
    • Menu links react when the mouse passes over them.
    • The contact form only shows when there is an email address to receive its messages.
    • On long pages, the in-page navigation stays at the top as you scroll.
    • The scroll-down arrow sits at the bottom of the screen, level with the video controls.
    • Justified text stays justified in product sections.
    • Buttons in a location's box stay centred with the rest of the box.
    • English, Dutch and Italian texts are reviewed.

    The app

    • Add partner opens an empty form, even right after you edited another partner.
    • Before you verify your business details, the app says that later changes go through our support team.
    • Your billing details are tidier and show VAT where it applies.
  2. New

Add Google Tag Manager to your website

Paste your Tag Manager container ID in the same field as your Google tags, and your website loads it.

    • Enter an ID starting with GTM- (Tag Manager), G- (Google Analytics) or AW- (Google Ads): the field knows which is which.
    • An ID in the wrong format is refused, with the formats that work.
    • Tag Manager now sees when a visitor sends a form on your website.
    • With a Google Analytics tag, the page reminds you of the Google setting that counts every page a visitor opens.
  3. New

Credit the photographer of each photo

Each image you upload can carry a description, its author and the author's website. Visitors see them when they open the photo full size.

    • Open an image to fill in its description, author and website.
    • If you add the author's website, their name is required too.
    • On your website, an enlarged photo shows its caption and credit underneath.
    • Images uploaded before this change must be uploaded again to get a credit.
  4. Improved

Try a new look for your site before publishing

Themes have their own editor: start one, preview it on your website and share its link. Your current look stays live until you publish the new one.
