Bring your menu in from a spreadsheet

If your dishes and prices already sit in a spreadsheet or another tool, one CSV file adds them to a section of your menu. Any menu can also be downloaded as a file.

Typing dozens of dishes and prices by hand is the job nobody wants, and one typo puts the wrong price on your website. If your menu already sits in a spreadsheet, a till system or another website builder, it now comes into Stride in one go, without going through our team.

Nothing reaches your website before you’ve seen it, and nothing goes missing without you knowing. The way out is as easy as the way in, so you can keep a copy, rework your prices in a spreadsheet, or use your menu elsewhere.

What's new

  • Press Import on a menu and drop a CSV file: its items show in a table before anything is saved.

  • Correct a name or a price, or pick another section, right in the table.

  • Rows without a price or without a name in your main language are set aside, and the app tells you how many.

  • Press Export to download the whole menu as a CSV file.

  • Price lists and product catalogues have the same Import and Export.

In technical terms: CSV import and export for menus, price lists and product catalogues, with row validation and an editable preview before saving.
