Bring your customer list into Stride

Clients are now called Contacts, and if you keep them in a spreadsheet, one upload adds them all. You also see when an email to a customer didn't arrive.

Your customer list, the people who already came and might come back, is one of the most valuable things a business owns. Kept in a spreadsheet, it rarely gets used; brought into Stride, it sits in the same place as the rest of your business.

Customers notice when a business looks after their details, and an email that never arrives can look like a message you ignored. Both are now in your hands, so your list stays one people trust you with.

What's new

  • Upload a CSV file: rows with mistakes are shown before anything is saved, so you fix them first.

  • Phone numbers written without a country prefix get the country you choose.

  • Find contacts by the date they were added.

  • In the inbox, see which emails reached the customer ("2 emails · 1 not delivered") and resend one, to the same or another address.

  • Remove a customer's personal details when they ask.

In technical terms: CRM contact import from CSV with validation and phone number normalisation, email delivery status per message with resend, and GDPR erasure of personal data.
