How to add Treatwell
It takes three steps and your Treatwell ID.
Find your Treatwell ID
In Treatwell Connect, open Settings, Online Booking, then the Booking Widget tab, and choose Setup Instructions, Link. Your ID is the number between /salon/ (/salone/ in Italy) and /menu/ in the link that appears.
Choose Treatwell in your Stride dashboard
Open your site editor, then Appointments. Choose Integration of an advanced solution and select Treatwell.
Enter your Treatwell ID and confirm
You see a preview before you confirm. Then your Treatwell widget is live on your appointment page. If you prefer, ask us and our team sets it up with you.

Do I keep my Treatwell account?
Yes. Treatwell stays your booking tool, with your services, your calendar and your clients. Stride is the website that shows it.
Does the Treatwell integration cost extra on Stride?
No. Stride adds no charge for it. Your Treatwell plan stays as it is.
Does Treatwell take a commission on bookings from my website?
Treatwell's pricing page says it charges no commission on bookings made “through the ‘Book Now’ button on your social media and website”. Its commission applies to new clients it brings you from its marketplace.
What if I can't find my Treatwell ID?
Ask your Treatwell account manager or Treatwell support. They can give you your ID, and access to Treatwell Connect if you don't have it yet.
Can I show Treatwell beside another booking tool?
Not for the same location: a site shows one booking widget per location, so your clients always book in one place. Links to marketplaces are not limited.
Can my clients buy from Treatwell's online shop on my website?
No. Stride embeds Treatwell's booking widget only: Treatwell's online shop is not part of the integration.
Does Stride put my Treatwell bookings on Google?
