Book a customer in yourself

When a customer books outside your website, add the appointment in the inbox. Your website now offers only the times that are still free.

Not every booking comes through your website: customers call, walk in, or book their next visit at the counter. Until now those bookings lived on paper or in your head, and the same time could still be offered to someone else online, which meant calling one of them back to move them.

With every booking in Stride, whether it came by phone, at the counter or online, your diary is complete and you can plan your day with confidence. A double booking, and the awkward call that comes with it, stops being part of the job.

What's new

  • Press Add appointment, pick the date, then a free time, then the customer's contact details.

  • On your website, the booking page shows only the days and times that are still available.

  • Special hours you set for appointments are respected when customers book.

  • Write reply templates for appointments, as for table and room bookings.

  • Where Google allows it, your Google listing links to your appointment page.

In technical terms: manual appointment creation in the booking inbox, real-time availability on the website's booking page, special hours support and a Google Business Profile appointment link.
