How the OpenTable widget looks on your website
It sits on your reservation page and follows the language of the page. By default it uses OpenTable's colours, and it can be customised: ask your OpenTable account manager.

Your guests choose a date, a time and the number of people, add their details, and the booking arrives in your OpenTable account.
How to add OpenTable
It takes three steps and your Restaurant ID.
Find your OpenTable Restaurant ID
Sign in to OpenTable's Guest Center. In the menu on the left, the number beside your restaurant's name is your ID: digits only.
Choose OpenTable in your Stride dashboard
Open your site editor, then Reservations. Choose Integration of an advanced solution and select OpenTable.
Enter your Restaurant ID and confirm
You see a preview before you confirm. Then your OpenTable widget is live on your reservation page. If you prefer, ask us and our team sets it up with you.

Do I keep my OpenTable account?
Yes. OpenTable stays your booking tool, with your tables, your settings and your guests. Stride is the website that shows it.
Does the OpenTable integration cost extra on Stride?
No. It is included in every Stride plan. You keep your OpenTable account as it is.
What if I can't find my Restaurant ID?
Ask your OpenTable account manager or OpenTable support. They can give you your ID, and access to Guest Center if you don't have it yet.
Do I need OpenTable's widget code?
No. Your Stride dashboard asks for your Restaurant ID only, and Stride embeds the widget on your reservation page. If you already have OpenTable's widget code, your ID is the number after “rid=” in it.
Does my booking link also go to Google?
Yes. Stride sends your Google Business Profile the link to the reservation page of your website, where the OpenTable widget sits.
What if I change booking tool later?
You can change the integration at any time in your dashboard. Your website stays the same, and you are never tied to one booking tool.
Who do I contact if the widget stops working?
OpenTable for what happens inside the widget, Stride for the page it sits on.
