Everything your reviews need

Unified review inbox

Your Google reviews, and your TheFork reviews if you are a restaurant on TheFork, from every location, in one inbox. Each one marked with what it needs: filter by what still needs a reply, by platform, location or rating.

Reply first where it matters

Each unanswered review is sorted high, medium or low priority, bad reviews with a comment first. Reply without leaving the inbox: it goes to Google, or to TheFork, which publishes it once checked.

Know what moves your rating

Your rating over time, as Google and TheFork show it, and how many five-star reviews it takes to show the next tenth.

Ask for the next review

A QR code for each location, in your logo and colours, for the counter, the bill or the table. It opens your Google review form in one scan.

Questions about review management

Can I remove a bad review?

No one can delete a review for you, not Stride and not any other review tool: only Google removes reviews, and only those that break its policies, such as fake ones. You can flag such a review from your Google Business Profile, and Google decides. For every other bad review, your reply is what you control: the reviewer is told you answered and can change their review, and everyone who reads it afterwards reads your answer too. In the inbox, a bad review with a comment is marked high priority, so it is the first one you see. For the words to use, see how to respond to negative reviews.

Which review sites does it cover?

Google, for any business with a Google Business Profile, and TheFork, for restaurants listed on it, each rating shown as its platform shows it: stars on Google, out of ten on TheFork. You connect Google from the inbox's settings; for TheFork, you send a link request with your restaurant's TheFork ID and our team sets it up with TheFork (Stride with TheFork). Tripadvisor, Yelp and Facebook reviews are not brought in, so you still answer those on their own sites.

Which reviews should I answer first?

Every review that still needs a reply is marked high, medium or low priority, from its rating and how much the customer wrote: a bad review with a comment comes first. An older one you never answered stays in the list as "Still worth a reply". The "To reply" filter shows only what is waiting, and the inbox says "You're all caught up" when nothing is.

Can AI write my replies, or does Stride reply for me?

AI reply suggestions are coming soon. Today, you write each reply, and no one at Stride answers on your behalf: on Google your reply appears as the owner's response, under your business's name. What the inbox takes off your hands is the searching: every review that needs you is in one list, the ones that matter most first, and you answer without opening Google or TheFork.

Does replying to reviews help me on Google?

Google does not say that replying moves you up. It says that more reviews and positive ratings can help your local ranking, and that helpful replies can help your business stand out to the people reading them. The review stats show how you are doing on both: your reply rate, how fast you reply, and how many five-star reviews it takes to show the next tenth on Google.

Why is my TheFork reply not showing yet?

TheFork checks every reply before it goes public, so yours shows "Awaiting moderation by TheFork" until TheFork publishes it. If TheFork does not publish it, the review says so: edit your reply and send it again. Only TheFork reviews with a comment can be answered. Replies to Google reviews are posted to Google directly.

Can I take a reply back?

On Google, yes: edit your reply or delete it from the inbox. On TheFork, a reply cannot be deleted; you can only replace it with a new one. So on TheFork in particular, read a reply twice before you send it.

Am I allowed to ask for reviews?

Yes: Google's own help suggests asking customers to visit a link or scan a QR code. What it forbids is offering anything in return, a discount or a free drink, and asking only the customers you expect to be happy. Once Google is connected and Profile Sync has updated your listing a first time, "Get more reviews" in the inbox gives you your Google review link and a QR code for each location, in your logo and colours, to print for receipts, menus or the counter. Stride sends no requests by email or text message: you share the link yourself. The rules, country by country, are in how to ask for Google reviews.

Does it work with several locations?

Yes. Every location's reviews arrive in the same inbox, and the location filter lets you work on one at a time. Each location has its own rating, reply rate and reply time, compared side by side and never averaged, so a weaker location does not hide behind a strong one. Each also has its own review QR code.

Can my website show my best reviews?

Yes. Choose "Feature on your website" on any review in the inbox and it joins the reviews on your site, on the home page or a reviews page, for each location. You pick the ones shown.
