Questions
What business owners ask us about TheFork and Stride.
Do I keep my TheFork Manager account?
Yes. TheFork Manager stays your booking tool, with your tables, your settings and your guests. Stride is the website that shows it.
Does the TheFork integration cost extra on Stride?
No. It is included in every Stride plan. Your TheFork Manager subscription stays as it is.
I'm already listed on TheFork. Why a website too?
Your TheFork listing puts you in front of diners browsing TheFork. Your website is the place you own, where people who search your name decide, with the same TheFork booking widget in it. Read how Stride and TheFork work together.
Is there an offer for TheFork restaurants?
Yes. Stride and TheFork are partners, and TheFork restaurants have their own offer, presented on our page for TheFork partners.
Can I show TheFork beside another booking tool?
Not for the same location: a site shows one booking widget per location, so your guests always book in one place. Links to marketplaces are not limited.
Can I track my campaigns in TheFork Manager?
Yes. The utm_campaign and utm_medium of your links are passed to the TheFork widget. TheFork sets utm_source to your website's domain.
Does Stride put my TheFork bookings on Google?
Stride publishes your website's link on your Google Business Profile. Booking from Google, with Reserve with Google, is set up in TheFork Manager.
Who do I contact if the widget stops working?
