Each one is Zenchef's official widget, on a page of your website. It keeps the colour set in your Zenchef account and follows the language of the page.

The Zenchef booking widget, embedded on your reservation page. Your guests choose a date, a time and the number of guests, and the booking arrives in your Zenchef account.

Zenchef's Click & Collect module, embedded on your ordering page. Your guests place their order through Zenchef and collect it at your restaurant.
How to add Zenchef
It takes three steps and one number to copy. There is no code to paste.
Find your Zenchef establishment ID
In Zenchef, open Settings, then Marketplace or Integrations. The ID is the number at the top of the page.
Choose Zenchef in your Stride dashboard
Open your site editor, then the menu of the widget, such as Reservations or Gift Cards. Choose Integration of an advanced solution and select Zenchef.
Enter the ID, preview and confirm
Your Zenchef widget is live on its page. If you prefer, ask us and our team sets it up with you.
Move your Zensite to Stride and keep Zenchef
Your Zenchef account and your bookings are not touched: only the website changes.
Your Zensite stays online
Nothing changes for your guests while your new site is prepared.
Your Stride site is built
You bring your content across yourself, or our team does it for you with a setup package. The Core package is usually enough for a Zensite. You check everything in a free preview.
Your domain switches
The domain you own shows the new site, with your Zenchef bookings in it. The addresses of your old pages can be redirected to the new ones.

Do I keep my Zenchef account?
Yes. Zenchef stays your booking tool, with your tables, your settings and your guests. Stride is the website that shows it.
Does the Zenchef integration cost extra on Stride?
No. It is included in every Stride plan. You keep paying Zenchef for your Zenchef plan, with the option of each widget active in your Zenchef contract.
Does my booking link also go to Google?
Yes. Stride sends your booking link to your Google Business Profile. Keeping one calendar across your website and Google is done by Zenchef.
What if I change booking tool later?
You can change the integration at any time in your dashboard. Your website stays the same, and you are never tied to one booking tool.
Who do I contact if a widget stops working?
Zenchef for what happens inside the widget, Stride for the page it sits on.
