Your Wix design, its apps and your online shop do not come across. You enter your content again, and old addresses can be redirected.

Wix pricing and renewal
How much does Wix cost?
Wix has a free plan, with Wix ads and a Wix address. Its first paid plan, Light, is €21 a month paid monthly, and Business, two plans up, €42, excluding VAT, as shown in Belgium in October 2026. Stride starts at €25 a month excluding VAT, and has a free cover page.
Is Wix cheaper than Stride?
On the plan alone, yes. Wix's first paid plan costs less than ours, and Wix has a free plan. The difference is in what the price includes. With Wix, building or changing the site takes your time or a freelancer's, and quotes for a Wix site average €700 to €1,050. Our plans come with a team you can ask.
Does a Wix plan renew automatically?
Yes. Wix's help center says plans “renew automatically at the end of the subscription period”, and that a yearly plan is charged “up to 3 weeks prior to the plan's expiration date”. You turn auto-renewal off under Premium Subscriptions in your Wix account.
How do I cancel Wix, and do I get a refund?
Under Premium Subscriptions in your Wix account. Wix offers “a 14-day, money-back guarantee for new Premium or Studio site plans”, and says it does not apply to a renewal. After 14 days the plan runs to the end of its period; the site then returns to the free address, with Wix ads.
Stride or Wix
Can I keep my domain name?
Yes. You keep the domain you own and point it to your Stride site; you need access to its DNS settings. The change spreads in 24 to 48 hours, and the old site stays visible until then. Old addresses can be redirected.
Can I build my Stride site myself, as on Wix?
Yes. On every plan you can build and edit the site on your own, starting from a free preview. You can also ask us: our team builds the site with you if you take a setup package, and makes your changes on the Business plan.
